About Me
My name is Neko Noir, I’m 27 yrs, and I’ve been working with Graphic Design since 2017. In early 2020's, I shifted to Systems Analysis and Development (basically IT most of the time), but now I’m returning to the artistic field, which has been one of my passions since I was a kid.Even though this fandom has been quite familiar to me (since 2014, back when Tumblr was still very popular), I reconnected with the community within the last 2 years (through conventions such as BFF and other South American events)So I decided to challenge myself for 2026: to work with what I once considered just hobbies, doing freelance illustration independently.If you’re interested, don’t forget to follow me on my socials. Payment:
• Payment is through Paypal only.
• Payments are sent to "[email protected]"
• Commish won't start until I receive payment.
Since I use paypal they take a fee from whatever I charge. Please use the calculator when paying me!
Prices listed above are for single character commissions. They’re also a baseline for what I use when I charge commissions.
It’s x2 the price for adding a character. So let’s say you want a flat color full body w/ TWO characters. The total would be a total $XXXX.
I do not do full-on backgrounds (this means scenery and whatnot), simple backgrounds only please!

By contacting me for a commission, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated below.I will not accept commissions from individuals under the age of 18, nor will I allow minors to interact with me on accounts intended for those over the age of 18 only. If you are a minor and lie about your age to do business with me, you will be blocked from all of my social networks.I am not responsible for what you do with my art. That said, DO NOT SHARE MY ADULT CONTENT OUTSIDE OF SPACES RESTRICTED TO THOSE OVER 18!What info I need to start your commission:
• What kind of commish (full body w/ flat color one character $20)
• Include the references of your character(s)
• Pose and theme references (Telling me to draw based off a description only won't be accepted).
• The amount of characters if multiple
• If you want your background to be transparent, simple pattern, white or solid color.
• If you want me to post it publicly or if you would rather me send it to you exclusively.
• You can tell me what poses you want
• What outfits/accessories you want the character(s) to wear!
• Your email so I can send you the finished drawing file.I DO NOT DO:
• Other artstyles that are not on my scope (such as realism, scenary, etc...)
• Themes involving any kind of violence.
• Works of art that promote any kind of prejudice.
• Extreme Content.IMPORTANT:
• Keep in mind that my style is cartoon oriented.• I have the right to refuse your commission if I do not feel comfortable doing it.• I reserve all rights to my art. Having the freedom to post on other websites or use the image for sales or personal promotion.• It usually takes 2 to 4 weeks to complete a commission. Check my Trello if you are looking for updates.• I don't make refunds.• I don't work on weekends and holidays.• You are free to use the commission non-commercially, have fun.Should any unforeseen events occur - which delay the delivery of the commission - I will contact the customer as soon as possible.
